Review from Mary V.
on Grand Banks Casino

Impression : Negative
Yeah I notice Grand Banks w/4& 1/2star rating.What a
joke!!_Im still waiting 2weeks now for my withdrawal to be processed!I have
emailed several times-call support-what a joke that is.The support staff
dont know what to tell me other than keep emailing them.once in a while
after I insist them to put my funds into my acct. they email me & keep
saying they have backlog of withdrawals now.Rididulous/Oh another
thing-they didnt give me my bonus.Thats why I try to cash out.Another
thing-I have a friend who also tried withdraw & incidentally on the same day
that I put in withdrawal & he's still waiting for his money also.
I just want to also add that my friend talked to a support person from grand banks& was told that if he were to change his
pay-back from Neteller to Pre-paid ATM it was possible that he would receive his money by the end of the week which is
exactly what he did. When he checked next day it was funded into his Pre-paid ATM account!-this was no small amount-it was
for $1200.00. Well I wrote grand banks another email stating that I was to undergo chemo within the next 2 weeks & that I
shouldnt be going thru this extra stress as I have approximately $4000.00 on account with them & I had put in withdrawal of
$2500.00.I also asked if I were to change my Neteller account to Prepaid ATM would it be possible to get my withdrawal
processed any sooner-mind you this was already 17 days since I put in my withdrawal. The response was -yes -if I were to
do this I would probably be processed by the end of the week & to send them my new code if I were to do so.So I opened
Pre-paid ATM account-sent them my new code & I could not believe it.within the next 1/2hour my funds were placed in my account.
I couldnt believe it.If I hadnt asked about Pre-Paid I feel I would still be waiting for my money.I still have almost
$1500.00 & havent applied for withdrawal yet -just wanted to let a little time go by before I put withdrawal in.Wish me
luck on getting it within reasonable time. Also I should say .When I first played I was given my bonuses -the first time I
played their promo-however I feel that since I hit $0.25 Royal.is why they didnt give me bonus next time. They said something
about marketing,etc.-that I should have received email. What I dont understand is I didnt receive email on the prior bonuses&
the pop-up that comes up is misleading. It shouldnt come on my screen if that is not offered to me.Anyway sorry this is a
little long.Just wanted to let you know what happened.
