Impression : Negative
Siging up to the casino was easy enough and the bonus was awarded the following day.
The software was stable as it did not crash, but sometimes the response times were very bad (from different machines, both with Broadband).
The design is ok, it stops you viewing other windows unless you use alt-tab, I browse the net whilst gambling a lot.
The choice of games was ok and the bandit games were no over complicated.
However when it came to cashing in my wins I had many many problems.
My cash ins were denyed because I had not gambled enough for my bonus, after checking this out it appeared that I had.
I contacted them and they said I had not, I spoke to someone who spoke very little English making my conversation hard at best, he said it was my fault before, I decided to hang up and ring later.
I did so and after I rang them later it appeared that they changed the bonus scheme at the end of the month, makign the minimum wager higher than the one I should have had, they said they would put a note in the system and I should cash in the following day and I would then recieve my money.
I did so and the cash in was returned, this happened 4 times, each time with a phone call to them promising it would be fixed. bear in mind it took them up to a month to say they would not accept my cash in, after I had already made it.
3 months later and I was quite angry and contacted them about it, they acknowledge I had many problems and promised it would be sorted, they asked em to cash in my money the following day.
I did so and the cheque arrived within 7 days. But overall it was unnaceptable to wait for so long for my money.
